In the aftermath of Young Dolph’s death, Key Glock is breaking his silence.
The rapper returned to Instagram to grieve the passing of his cousin after deleting his social media accounts. A bereaved Glock addressed people who had reached out to him in a statement uploaded to Instagram Stories on Sunday (Nov. 21).
“STOP asking if I’m okay.” “Knowing darn well I ain’t…,” he tweeted, accompanied with a broken-heart emoji.
Dolph’s Paper Route Empire label is home to Key Glock. He and Dolph launched their joint album Dum and Dummer in 2019, and the sequel, Dum and Dummer 2, was released in March of this year.
Key Glock assisted Dolph in handing out turkeys during a Thanksgiving handout at a Memphis mall two days before his death. Dolph also paid a visit to the West Cancer Center & Research Institute in Germantown, Tenn., to express his gratitude to staff workers.
Following his passing, Dolph’s longtime girlfriend Mia Jaye delivered a heartfelt tribute to the father of her two children, while pals like Monica, Rick Ross, and Gucci Mane all sent their thoughts.
On Wednesday, assailants opened fire on Dolph at a Memphis bakery, killing him (Nov. 17). He was 36 years old. Police are investigating and have discovered the getaway car seen at the murder site.
