1.Use your User ID and Password to access internet banking.

3. Select “Card Hotlist” from the drop-down menu.

4.Select “Request Reason” and “Card Number.”

5.Type in the secret question

6.Click “Continue” and enter the code generated by the token.

7.Select Submit.
