1.Dial *966*00# followed by your AlertZ number.
2.The final four digits of your Debit (ATM) card number will be requested.
3.The following page will display your Account Name and prompt you to create a four-digit PIN.

5.If successful, the message “Retrieving your balance” will appear.
You will receive an SMS containing the account balances for all your accounts.

To check the balance of any of your accounts, dial *966*00# on your mobile phone and then follow the on-screen instructions.
You can now make POS payments and cash withdrawals using *966# Ease of Banking.
