How do I check my Zenith bank account statement?

1. Zenith Bank’s mobile application

If you already have an account with Zenith Bank, go to their internet banking page.

If not, go to the play store or the apple store on your phone and download the app.

2.Before using the zenith bank mobile app, enrol or register.

3.Access your account by logging in.

4.Click on the account number for which you want to view your statement. 5.On the overview page, click “history.”
6.Select email statement and enter the date range for which you’d like your account statement.
7.Enter your email address once more and click Send Statement.
You will receive an email from Zenith Bank containing a pdf file that you can download.

2. Online banking

1.Log in to your account at Zenith Bank’s internet banking page.
2.Select the type of account you want to view or print: savings account, current account, or corporate account (a business account).

3.Go to the right-hand corner of your screen and click Account.
4.Select account summary and the account for which you want to view a statement. 5.Select the desired date.
6.Finally, print and download.

3. Pay a visit to the branch

As a customer, go to any zenith bank branch in your area, meet with a customer service representative, and request a hard copy of your bank account statement. There will be a fee for printing.

2.You will be asked to enter your Debit (ATM) card number’s last four digits.
3.On the next page, you’ll see your Account Name and be asked to create a four-digit PIN.
4.Verify the 4-digit PIN.
5.If everything goes well, you’ll see the message “Retrieving your balance.”
You will receive an SMS with all of your account balances.

BVN Update

To update your Bank Verification Number (BVN), dial *966*BVN# from the phone number associated with your Zenith Bank account.

Simply dial *966*7*Amount*Customer ID# on your mobile phone and follow the on-screen prompts to pay your DStv and PHCN bills.

Money Transfer

From the phone number you registered with Zenith Bank, dial *966*Amount*Account Number# (e.g. *966*1000*1234567890#), then follow the on-screen prompts.

Your Bank Account Has Been Blocked

Simply dial *966*911# from any mobile phone to stop all debit transactions from your account. Enter your AlertZ mobile number after your account number. To continue, press “1,” which will immediately block your account. Simply visit any Zenith Bank location to have your account unblocked.

Obtain the card’s PIN.
